About me
I started my career building websites and applications. Over time, that work expanded into leading technology programs, improving how teams deliver, and helping organizations move difficult initiatives from planning to execution.
My background spans software development, technical program leadership, and business operations. That combination shapes how I think about problems: understand what's really happening, identify what needs to change, and build a plan people can actually carry forward.
How I work
My career has crossed software development, web platforms, financial technology, cloud migrations, federal programs, and customer-facing delivery. Moving between hands-on engineering work and program leadership has helped me stay grounded in both technical realities and business outcomes.
When I take on a problem, I start by understanding the real constraint before proposing a tool or process. That usually means talking with the people doing the work, identifying what is getting in the way, and making responsibilities and decisions visible. The goal is a plan the team can actually execute.
